Does Dragon Ball Legends live up to the storied history of the Dragon Ball Franchise?

Well, I was really skeptical of a mobile Dragon Ball Z fighting game. But OpRainfall seems really happy with the time they got to play it. I'm usually not very fond of mobile games, but this looks like it might be a decent one. I'll have to give Dragon Ball Legends a try when it comes out this summer.
