Party Talk Feature Removed

Another case of 8-4 just removing content from the game instead of translating or localizing it. Party Talk is similar to games like Tales Of The Abyss, where the game is interrupted and you see a conversation between members of your party. It's usually really nice conversation that helps build character bonds and helps you understand the characters. But that's not important to 8-4 when they are localizing games, and they just cut content if they think they can get away with it.
