Tons of enemies

This is pretty typical in the game. Hoards of giant enemy insects coming at you, and at best you have a team of 4 people and some NPCs to stop them. You can see the destruction of buildings in the background (which will always happen).

The screenshot is from the new Mutant DLC, but it's still the type of gameplay you'll find in the rest of the game. It's sort of like a zombie game, where you fight off massive hoards. Except they are fast insects with special abilities. If you like zombie shooting games, you'll more than likely like this one too.
