Apparently, Fallout 4 has some major lore inconsistencies, meaning there's some parts of the story that are impossible to have happen. Here, someone is talking to the Bethesda VP about the lore problems and asking for a patch. The VP is pretty rude after he gets proven wrong and handles this completely unprofessionally. Bad lore, bad people working at Bethesda.
