I was pretty excited when I got my hands on Into the Breach, being a big fan of turn-based strategy games in general. The last title under Subset Gamesâ€™ belt, FTL: Faster Than Light, was generally well-regarded by gamers as a whole, including myself. As a result, I was eager to sink my teeth intoâ€¦

Well, it sounds like the main idea is there, but it's really hindered by a few issues, including lack of progression and a final battle that doesn't feel rewarding enough.

Maybe these things can be fixed, because it sounds like if it were, Into The Breach would be an awesome game.
