PAX Gameplay

About 10 minutes of solid gameplay. It's actually pretty difficult to tell that this is not an older game. It does seem like they've removed some effects that don't work on LCD TVs, like the alternating pixel black lines that create transparency. But everything looks really smooth and fluid. Sonic's momentum looks like it should too. Anytime there's 3d effects, they look really smooth.

The Green Hill Zone boss looks really good, it's two balls that change between being vulnerable and damaging you when you jump at them.

Studiopolis Zone looks like that casino zone, but revamped and with some movie-themed props. It looks and sounds really good, though. There's some cool smaller touches like Eggman black and white movies on screens.
