Difficulty Branches by Level Secrets Instead of Difficulty Selection

There are three different difficulty levels, but you can't select them. You unlock more difficult levels by finding secret paths in existing levels or finishing some sort of unstated objective in the level. Sometimes it's as simple as heading in a different direction, sometimes you have to fly through specific things. In Zoness, there are spotlights you have to avoid, and if you avoid them, you go to the higher difficulty level.

Finding the secrets that unlock the more difficult levels is a lot of fun. It leaves you wanting to continue exploring and replaying until you find all of them. And it feels like a good accomplishment when you find a secret path. Specially when it's a level that gives you a different vehicle besides the Arwing.
