Steam Version Requires uPlay

I tried to play the open beta, downloaded it on steam, and then went to play it. It installed uPlay without even asking me if I wanted it. And then it told me I needed an account to play the beta. And when I tried to make the account, it said it wasn't available and to try again later. The fact that it force installs uPlay and then makes you get an account is a huge deal break for me. Stop forcing garbage onto me without even asking me if I want it, Ubisoft.
