Taiko Drum Master Switch Version Includes Kirby & Splatoon Avatars
The Nintendo Switch version of Taiko Drum Master launches in Japan on July 19th, and includes Splatoon and Kirby avatars and music to sweeten the deal for Nintendo fans.
I'm so glad Nintendo Switch isn't region locked, because I am definitely grabbing this Taiko Drum game. Bonus good news is that 33 additional songs were announced, bringing the total to 44 total songs, which are a mix of anime, video game, and JPOP songs. There's also going to be a physical controller you can use, instead of having to rely on the joycons. Part of what makes Taiko so satisfying is hitting the drum.

Fire up that Japanese eShop account if you're a fan of rhythm games, Taiko Drum Master is a lot of fun and we can finally play it in the West because there's no region lock. And you should be able to make your way around the game without knowing any Japanese.
