Censorship that doesn't even have effort put into it

What's up with this? It's like they just threw random painting over a provocative outfit. They didn't even try and change the clothes, it's like they went in with photoshop and just messed it up with a fancy brush. What's even happening here? What's this supposed to be? A bunch of crows? I can't even tell, it's a mess. Why do they keep doing this to games?
