Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 Looks To Have Plenty of Left-Wing Politics

There were some warning signs for those of you who noticed Vampire: The Masquerade -- Bloodlines 2 developers were mentioning becoming more political with their latest game. I even recall seeing mention that they wanted to try and show both sides of the political spectrum to gamers.

If these excepts from the Vampires V5 rule book are anything to go by, the political stance of Bloodlines 2 will be very in your face, and it will heavily favor the left.

If Bloodlines 2 follows the Vampires V5 rule book, we can expect a very healthy dose of left-wing politics. These two pages seem to hint extremely strongly at a lot of very popular left wing ideas at the moment, "fascism" and sexuality in video games.

If you're one of the people who prefers to keep their video games separate from real life and real world issues, you should be watching Bloodlines 2 very closely. We may be hearing sweet nothings from developers who want to try and make the sequel look like it will be fair to both sides of the political spectrum. The rule book is already resorting to name calling for people who disagree with their politics and that the writers don't like. We've all seen where this is headed, and it's usually not very good.
