Localization quality gets progressively worse as you go through the game

I've reached the end game, it's pretty good. But one thing I noticed is that the quality of localization slips pretty badly once you reach this point. Doing the late game affinity missions, where there's voice acting, has the lip sync so far off it doesn't even look remotely close to what they're saying. It looks like you're watching a really, really poorly done old dubbed movie. In the beginning of the game, they spell Lin Lee's name as "Linly", and by the end of the game, it reverts to the original Japanese name of "Lin Lee". You can tell that Nintendo/">Nintendo of America, who localized this game, didn't plan on many people making it this far into the game. The whole game has been a journey as the localization drops from mediocre to awful.
