Nintendo Switch firmware 4.0 adds video capture, save transfers and more

The newest 4.0 firmware update for Nintendo Switch includes some pretty substantial additions to the console’s currently lacking–in comparison to its competitors–feature-set.

Video capture is probably the most notable inclusion in this update, although it only works with a total of four games so far. Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Arms and Splatoon 2 will all allow you to capture short 30-second clips by holding the capture button during gameplay.
