Playstation VR Launch Bundle Costs $499

This bundle includes two controllers and the camera. You will be able to buy just the VR headset by itself later for $399. However, if you don't have the move controllers or camera, it's a decent deal as a Playstation Move controller goes for about $30 each, the camera around $50 each, and that doesn't include the game. Unfortunately, it looks like if you don't take the pre-order combo, you get a VR demo disc instead of the full VR Worlds game.
