PHP8 Upgrade Android Notifications And Post Writing Quality Checker

We upgraded our servers to PHP8 a while ago, we had some teething issues. Primarily, Android notifications for games on your backlog were not being sent. This only happened for a few days, August 26th to September 2nd, before we caught it and fixed it. There were also a lot of other small, weird bugs in third party libraries and some stuff with the custom GameSense.co framework we run. Most of these issues are fixed. You may have noticed some on and off downtime the last few days, we were making some upgrades and modifications to our servers as we keep hitting limits because traffic keeps growing. GameSense.co seems to be in better shape, sometimes the search server goes down so there may be some intermittent errors when searching, but we will fix it as soon as possible.
